Unauthorised Charge From PDF Guru From My Bank Account
I noticed a charge of £49.99 on my bank account today from “SA * Pdfguru com”, dated 06/09/2026 and taken via my Danske Bank Debit Mastercard. I do not recall ever using this service or authorizing any subscription or payment to PDF Guru. When I saw the transaction, I tried to log in to PDF Guru to understand where this charge came from, but I could not find or access any account in my name. I also tried to contact my bank, Danske Bank, but so far I have not been able to get through to a representative. I request that this unauthorized £49.99 charge be cancelled and fully refunded, and that any existing subscription or recurring payment linked to my card or details at PDF Guru be immediately terminated so that no further money is taken from my account. I also ask for written confirmation explaining how this charge was created without my clear and informed consent.
