PDF Guru Refund Request for Unexpected Subscription Charge

I recently discovered an unexpected auto‑renewal charge of 1,702.70 THB on my bank account for a subscription to PDF Guru on 13 September 2026 at around 22:47. I did not intend to continue this subscription and I had already stopped using the service. I did not knowingly approve this renewal, and there was no clear reminder or warning that the subscription would be automatically renewed with this amount. I only became aware of the charge after checking my bank transaction history, where it appears as a payment to “SA V Support Pdfguruc”. I kindly request a full refund of the 1,702.70 THB that was charged without my intention to renew, and I also ask for my subscription with PDF Guru to be fully cancelled so that no further automatic payments are taken from my account. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and process the refund and cancellation as soon as possible.
