PDF Guru Charged My Card Months After I Deleted the App
While using the PDF Guru app, $1 was charged to my card on November 3. Because the app did not work properly, I deleted it shortly afterward. I was not clearly informed that any subscription had been started or that additional charges would be made in the future.
Despite this, I later discovered that two separate charges of $48 each were made to my İş Bankası Maximum Tema credit card on November 10, 2025, and December 10, 2025, without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve these payments either in the app or via email, and I never received clear notification that a subscription had been activated.
I noticed this situation in December and canceled my card for security reasons. I am requesting a full refund of all amounts charged without my consent and the immediate cancellation of any subscriptions associated with my name.
