PDF GURU Charged 49.99 EUR After Subscription Cancellation

I had an active subscription with PDF GURU, which I cancelled before the renewal date. Despite cancelling the subscription, on 14/09/2026 an amount of 49.99 EUR was charged from my account for a digital product payment to VSA_Support.PDFGuru.com, Nicosia. My PDF GURU account and subscription were linked to the email address swetlank***@gmail.com. Since I had already deactivated the subscription before this date, I consider this charge to be unauthorized and incorrect. I kindly request that PDF GURU immediately refund the wrongly charged 49.99 EUR to my original payment method and confirm the full cancellation of any current or future subscriptions linked to my email address, so that no further charges will be made without my consent.
