Just Cavalli Watch Arrived Broken And Cancelled Order Still Shipped

I purchased the Just Cavalli JC1L370M0035 model watch from Pazarama app. The watch, which arrived on 28 November, came broken and not working. Because I liked the product, I had previously placed another order for the same watch, but I requested a cancellation due to losing trust in the seller. Despite this, the order I canceled was shipped anyway, and the seller did not respond to any of my messages. For the defective watch, I submitted a return request under order number 667827497, and the other order, even though canceled, was shipped under number 5389***36. I contacted Pazarama customer service, but they were not helpful at all in resolving the issue. I request that the defective product be returned without delay and that I receive a full refund promptly. For the other order that was shipped despite my cancellation, I ask that the shipment be stopped before reaching my address by contacting the courier company and that its refund also be issued urgently. Experiencing such problems in my first purchase, I do not consider shopping from this platform again.
