I deposited an amount of Rs 6000 to the Saisha2023 platform via Paytm to their bank account (U-side bank account number). Although the payment was completed successfully and I have proof of the successful transaction, the amount has still not been added to my Saisha2023 account balance, even though more than 35 days have passed. During this period I have sent messages to them many times, but despite contacting them repeatedly, my Rs 6000 is still not credited or refunded. I find this situation unacceptable because the payment was properly made from my side and I have all supporting screenshots and transaction details. I request that my issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the full Rs 6000 to my Saisha2023 account or refunding the same amount back to my original payment source without any further delay.
