Paytm Money Customer Support Not Resolving Deposit Issue

I made a Stake deposit of $6 through Paytm Money using my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. The amount was debited from my bank account but has still not been credited to my Paytm Money account. It has been almost three days and four nights since the transaction, and the funds are neither visible in my Paytm Money balance nor returned to my bank account.
I contacted customer support, but I was only told to wait patiently without being given any clear resolution or specific time frame. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I am not satisfied with being told to simply keep waiting when my money has already been deducted from my account.
I request that the $6 be refunded to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account immediately, without any further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my money to be returned.
