Tashanwin Deposit Not Credited After Paytm UPI Payment

Today, I deposited $6 into my Tashanwin account using UPI via Paytm from my State Bank of India account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Tashanwin balance.
The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is 200380989359, and my Tashanwin account is registered with the mobile number 85807332**. After noticing that the money had been deducted from my bank account but was not reflected in my Tashanwin account, I contacted customer support. Instead of resolving the issue, they rejected my request and marked it as “processing,” and the situation remains unresolved.
I request that this $6 deposit be immediately credited to my Tashanwin account linked to 85807332**, or refunded back to my State Bank of India account without any further delay. I also request a clear update regarding the current status of this transaction.
