BDG Vaishali Game Payment Via Paytm Not Credited
I made a payment of 6000 on 25 June via Paytm to the BDG game / Vaishali game, but the money has still not been credited to my game account. The Paytm transaction reference number for this payment is 396076879679. After noticing that the money was not added, I contacted Vaishali customer support. However, my issue has not been resolved and I still do not have my 6000 either in my game balance or refunded back. I urgently request that my 6000 amount, paid via Paytm with the above transaction number, be immediately credited to my BDG/Vaishali game account without any further delay, or refunded to my Paytm account at once.
I stated that the money has not yet been reflected in my game account and that I expect it to arrive within approximately five days.
