Paytm UPI Wrong Transfer

I am filing this complaint regarding wrong UPI transactions made through Paytm using my Canara Bank account. On 2 April, I made UPI payments which were mistakenly sent to the wrong account. One of the transaction amounts was ₹14,999.40 with UPI reference/UTR number 203121399201. Another wrong transaction was also made on the same date for ₹4,999.42 with UPI reference/UTR number 300000909574. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted Paytm customer support. They informed me that I should contact my bank for resolution. I then visited my home branch, Canara Bank Raikot, but the bank did not help me and the issue remains unresolved. The amounts are still not refunded and the wrong beneficiary has not been reversed. I request that these transactions be urgently investigated and that the full amounts be refunded to my Canara Bank account as soon as possible. This is a significant sum for me and I am in urgent need of these funds. I have already tried both Paytm support and my bank branch, but I am not getting any concrete help, so I am seeking a fast and proper resolution through this complaint.
