4rabet UPI Deposits ₹4000 Not Credited From Paytm Transactions

I made two UPI transactions through the Paytm app to deposit money into my 4rabet account, but the amounts have still not been added to my 4rabet balance even though both payments were successful. On 23 March I deposited ₹2,000 and on 25 March I deposited another ₹2,000, and neither of these deposits has been credited to my 4rabet account. My 4rabet account ID (UUID) is 98e9f4e3-3a50-4d1e-b210-4e28ba6f5***. I have the UTR numbers for both transactions, UTR 399417989406 and UTR 399521563576, and also received successful payment confirmations, so the payments have clearly gone through. I contacted customer care regarding these missing deposits, but I keep receiving the same response that the transactions are still under processing, without any clear resolution or timeline. Since these payments were made days ago and are marked successful, I am very concerned that my money is stuck. I request that these two UPI transactions be immediately traced using the above UTR numbers and my 4rabet account ID, and that the total amount of ₹4,000 be either credited to my 4rabet account balance without further delay or refunded back to my original payment source. I also request a clear written update explaining what went wrong and how this issue will be prevented in the future.
