I made a deposit in the 4rabet app which has not been credited to my wallet, even though the amount has been successfully deducted from my account. On 03/04/2026 at around 12:22 pm, I deposited ₹1499.82 through Paytm UPI from my UPI ID 9350298054@ptyes to the UPI ID bisshnu k*** (ddggcfgg@slc). In my Paytm account the transaction appears as successful, but in the 4rabet app my wallet balance has not increased and the deposit is still missing. The UPI ID and details are clearly visible in my Paytm transaction and in my screenshots. I also have screenshots proving that the amount was debited from my Paytm UPI but not credited to my 4rabet wallet, and I am ready to share these for verification. I request you to urgently check this failed/missing deposit and either credit ₹1499.82 to my 4rabet wallet or refund this amount back to my Paytm UPI account as soon as possible.
