Paytm UPI Missing Balance

I am writing regarding a serious issue I faced with a Paytm UPI transaction linked to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Yesterday, I deposited 1,000 rupees using Paytm UPI, but when I checked, the app showed that I have only 0.50 rupees in my account. This is a clear discrepancy between the amount I transferred and the balance being shown. When I contacted support, I was told that it is my problem and that it is a site problem, which is not an acceptable response for money that has gone missing. I have the transaction details and screenshots, including the transaction or UPI reference number, ready to provide whenever required. I request that the missing 1,000 rupees be immediately credited or correctly reflected in my Paytm UPI/Kotak Mahindra Bank account and that I receive a clear explanation of why this discrepancy occurred. I also expect this issue to be resolved without any further delay, as this situation has caused me serious concern about the safety of my funds.
