Parimatch 1000 INR Paytm Deposit Not Credited - Ticket Marked Resolved Wrongly

I made a deposit of 1000 INR to my Parimatch account on 1 December 2025 at around 23:10 using Paytm, but the money has still not arrived in my Parimatch balance. Despite this, the support ticket I raised is shown as resolved on your side, even though the deposit has not been credited to me. I am very dissatisfied that there has been no proper response and that the issue is marked as resolved without actually adding the money. I request that my 1000 INR be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, or that the situation be checked urgently and corrected without any further delay.
