Paytm Payment Not Credited To Game ID

I made a payment using Paytm on 26/08/26 from my bank account to add money to my game ID 20446*** in the Ji platform. The payment of 4,999.59 Rupees was successfully deducted from my account and the Paytm transaction shows as completed, but the amount has not been credited to my Ji wallet or game ID. Despite the successful payment to the receiver (Sumit P***/ Ji side), my game balance has not increased and I am facing a clear discrepancy between the bank/Paytm records and the Ji account balance. This money is very urgent for me and I am in a difficult situation because it has not been credited yet. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that either the full amount of 4,999.59 Rupees be credited to my Ji game ID 20446***, or the same amount be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
