Paytm 8000 INR Deposit Missing

I have a complaint regarding my Casinodays account balance not being updated after a successful deposit. On 26/02/2026, I deposited 8000 INR into my Casinodays account via UPI using the Paytm app. The amount was debited from my Paytm, but it has not been reflected in my Casinodays balance. I contacted Casinodays customer support about this issue and was told to wait 12 hours, but my balance still has not been updated. I have the transaction details and proof of payment, including the UPI transaction information and confirmation from Paytm, showing that the payment was completed successfully. I request that my 8000 INR be promptly credited to my Casinodays account or, if that is not possible, that the amount be refunded back to my Paytm. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and a written confirmation once it has been resolved.
