Big Daddy Game UPI Deposit 4,611 INR Not Credited From Paytm

I made a deposit of 4,611 INR to my Big Daddy Game website account on 30 January 2026 at around 3:51 pm using UPI through Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my gaming account. After noticing that the balance was not updated, I contacted support and was only informed that the transaction is “under process,” without any clear resolution or time frame. Despite this, the money has already been deducted from my Paytm, and I am unable to use these funds on your platform. I request that my 4,611 INR deposit made on 30 January 2026 at 3:51 pm via UPI from Paytm be immediately credited to my Big Daddy Game account and that I be informed once this is completed.
