Parimatch Failed to Credit My ₹1,500 Paytm Deposits

I am very disappointed with the Parimatch service over the last two months. Recently I deposited a total of 1500 INR to my Parimatch account through Paytm, but this money has still not been added to my game account. On 07-06-2026 I deposited 500 INR and on 08-06-2026 I deposited another 1000 INR, making a total of 1500 INR. None of this amount has been credited to my Parimatch account linked to the mobile number 93371609***. I am using the service from Odisha, India. I contacted support about this issue, but the only response I received was to wait, and even after waiting there has been no solution and no update. I am very upset because this is my hard‑earned money, and I have seen that many other users in India are also facing similar problems with deposits not being credited. I request Parimatch management, especially the responsible authorities, to urgently check my account and either credit the full 1500 INR to my Parimatch wallet or refund the money back to my Paytm account. I also request you to fix these deposit issues so that other users do not face the same problem.
