I deposited ₹27,000 today (April 12) via Paytm UPI into my Pari Bet account. However, instead of being added to my main balance, the entire amount was transferred into the bonus balance.
I made a normal deposit using my own money and did not intend for it to be treated as a bonus. Because the amount is now shown as bonus funds, I am unable to use or withdraw my own deposited money as expected. This situation has caused confusion and concern, as the amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm UPI account, but I cannot access it as part of my real balance in Pari Bet.
I request that my ₹27,000 deposit be corrected immediately by either transferring the full amount from the bonus balance to my main balance in Pari Bet or refunding the entire amount back to my Paytm account. I kindly ask that this transaction be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible so that my deposited funds are not improperly locked as a bonus.
