I deposited an amount of ₹3600 from my Paytm account on 11 March at around 4:47 pm for adding balance to my BDG game account in the name of Kiran L*** T***. Although the money was debited from my Paytm, it has still not been received in the BDG game till today. When I contacted Paytm support, they informed me that the amount has been credited to the account. However, the balance has not appeared in my BDG game account and I have not received any benefit or service in return for this payment. This situation has caused both financial loss and inconvenience. I kindly request that the ₹3600, which was paid via Paytm and not received in the BDG game, be refunded back to my Paytm account as soon as possible and that my problem be resolved urgently.
