Paytm Deposit Not Credited In My Account

I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue with my 4rabet account. On April 16, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to 4rabet from India via UPI using Paytm. The transaction was successfully completed on my side, and I have all the payment details. The transaction ID is 300872795388. Despite this, the deposited amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. After noticing that my 4rabet account balance had not been updated, I immediately contacted 4rabet customer support on April 16, 2026. However, they have only been repeatedly telling me to wait for confirmation from the payment provider, without giving any clear information, solution, or timeframe. This situation has been extremely frustrating, especially since I have already shared all the necessary transaction details and the payment is clearly marked as successful on my side. I request that my total amount of ₹20,000, related to this failed deposit, be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of why the deposit was not credited to my 4rabet account even though the transaction shows as successful on my end.
