I Face BFG Game Deposit Issue With ₹5000 Not Credited After Paytm Payment

I deposited ₹5000 into my BFG Game Mobile account on March 31, 2026, at around 4:00 PM via Paytm, but the amount has not been credited to my in-game balance. The payment was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, yet there is still no record of the funds in my game account.

This situation is very frustrating, as I completed the transaction properly but did not receive the expected balance. As a result, I am unable to use the funds within the game, and my money appears to be stuck without any resolution.

I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the ₹5000 either be credited to my BFG Game Mobile account immediately or refunded back to my Paytm account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why the deposit failed despite the payment being successfully processed.
