This situation is very frustrating, as I completed the transaction properly but did not receive the expected balance. As a result, I am unable to use the funds within the game, and my money appears to be stuck without any resolution.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the ₹5000 either be credited to my BFG Game Mobile account immediately or refunded back to my Paytm account without any further delay.
