Deposit Is Not Received

I am facing an OTP related problem with Rajasthan Gramin Bank while using Paytm for deposit verification. For the last 2 days, I have been trying to verify a deposit of around ₹3,000 on Paytm, but the required OTP from Rajasthan Gramin Bank is not being received, so the verification is not getting completed. Because the OTP does not come, my Paytm deposit cannot be verified and I am unable to use my account properly. Until now, I have not been able to resolve this on my own and I have not contacted customer care yet. I request that this issue be checked and resolved urgently. Either my deposit of ₹3,000 should be verified immediately so that my Paytm account can be used normally, or a proper solution and refund should be provided if verification is not possible. I expect a clear explanation and quick resolution of this OTP problem.
