4rabet UPI Deposit Not Credited

On 20 March, I deposited 3000 Rs to my 4rabet account via UPI using Paytm for regular playing balance. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, and Paytm has confirmed that the payment was completed. However, the 3000 Rs has still not been credited to my 4rabet account. Since that day, I have contacted 4rabet support multiple times by message and email. Each time I receive the same standard reply stating that the payment provider has not yet verified my payment and that I should wait, but there is no real update or resolution. As the payment has been confirmed as successful on Paytm’s side, I request that my 3000 Rs be credited to my 4rabet account without further delay, or that the amount be refunded to my original payment method if credit is not possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why this delay has occurred and why the issue has not been resolved despite repeated contact.
