Paytm Top Up Delay

On 27 March at around 3:00 p.m., I made a top up of 5,500 INR to my 4rabet account via Paytm. The Paytm transaction reference ID is 399666411439. Although the payment was successfully debited from my Paytm account, the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet wallet and the status has remained as “processing / verifying by their providers” for more than a day. I have previously made many successful top ups to 4rabet using Paytm and have never experienced such a problem before, which makes this situation very concerning for me. When I contacted support, I was only informed that the transaction was in verification by their providers, but no clear timeframe or effective solution was provided. I request that my 5,500 INR be returned to me without any further delay. I am okay with either immediate credit of the amount to my 4rabet wallet or a full refund back to my Paytm account linked to this transaction. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for clear information about the status of my money.

It has been a week, and my deposit amount is still not credited to my wallet. I made the payment on March 27 at 3:00 PM, and it is still showing as processing. Please resolve my issue. I want my money.

It has already been 10 days with no response, and they still have no proper support chat. My deposit has not been credited to my wallet yet.
