On 3 April at 6:04, I deposited an amount of 15,000 via Paytm to my BDG Win game account, but this payment has still not been credited. The UTR number of this transaction is 203223696273 and my BDG Win account is registered with the mobile number 9694455***. Since the amount was not reflected in my game wallet, I contacted BDG Win customer service and shared all requested proofs, including my bank statement in PDF and screen recording. Despite this, for the last 13 days I have been receiving the same reply that the relevant department is reviewing my documents and I should wait, and no concrete solution has been provided and my 15,000 is still stuck. Because of this pending amount I am under serious financial pressure and already in a lot of debt, and this delay is causing me a lot of mental stress. I request that my issue be resolved urgently, that my 15,000 either be immediately credited to my BDG Win game wallet or refunded back to my Paytm account without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly by when this will be done.
