Teen Patti Kond Deposit Not Credited After Paytm Payment

I deposited money twice into my Teen Patti Kond game account, but the amount has still not been credited to my game ID.
On March 26, 2026, I made two separate deposits of ₹5,000 each (a total of ₹10,000) using Paytm. Even after three days, this amount has not been reflected in my game account (ID: 11720452).
After noticing that the payment was not credited, I tried contacting customer support, but I did not receive any clear response, and no ticket or reference number was provided to help resolve the issue.
I request that the total amount of ₹10,000 be either immediately credited to my Teen Patti Kond game account (ID: 11720452) or refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
