Tashan App Failed to Credit ₹5,000 Paytm Deposit After Successful Payment

I recently deposited ₹5,000 into my Tashan app account using Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my game balance. The payment was made today at around 1:31 PM by scanning the QR code displayed inside the Tashan application. The Paytm transaction was completed successfully, and I received the UTR/transaction number 8396257889612 for this ₹5,000 payment.
After noticing that the balance was not added to my account, I contacted Tashan's customer support, but I have not received any response so far. My Tashan game ID is 4882540, and this payment was clearly made to top up my gaming account balance.
I request that my ₹5,000 deposit made under UTR 8396257889612 be immediately credited to my Tashan game ID 4882540, or that this issue be resolved urgently with a clear and prompt response from your side.
