BC.GAME Paytm UPI Deposit Missing After 35 Days
I deposited 2000 INR into my BC.GAME gaming account via Paytm UPI on the mobile app on 24-11-2025. The payment was completed on my side, and the Paytm UPI transaction shows the reference number 392748039025. My BC.GAME user ID is 53384563. Despite this, the deposited amount has still not been added to my BC.GAME account balance. It has been around 35 days since the transaction, and the deposit is still missing. I opened a support ticket with BC.GAME, but the ticket is still pending, and no one has provided any clear response or solution so far, which is very frustrating. I request that my 2000 INR deposit with Paytm UPI reference 392748039025 be quickly traced and credited to my BC.GAME account with user ID 53384563, or that the amount be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
