On 06/02/2026 at around 02:32 PM, I made a deposit of 1,200 INR to my BC Game account using Paytm via the “Sir” option. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm, but it never appeared in my BC Game balance, so the deposit is missing from the start. I contacted BC Game live support regarding this issue. They informed me that the merchant has not yet received my payment, even though the money has already been taken from my Paytm account. This situation is causing me financial inconvenience and preventing me from using the service as intended. I request that my deposit either be added to my BC Game balance or that the amount be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the status and the reason for this problem.
