Paysend Card Error Prevents Money Transfer to Ziraat Bank
My brother sent me money from France through Paysend, but I am unable to transfer or withdraw the money to my Ziraat Bank account using my Visa card. During the transaction, I repeatedly receive the following error message: “The card details you entered are incorrect. Please carefully check the card number when completing the form.” However, I have checked my card information carefully multiple times, and the system continues to display the same error.
Today was the first time in a long while that I attempted to withdraw money through Paysend, and because of this issue, I am unable to access or use the money that was sent to me. I was also unable to report the issue or receive assistance because I could not find any customer service phone number or other direct way to reach a customer representative.
I request that the money sent to me be transferred to my Ziraat Bank account without further problems as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation of why I am receiving this error despite entering my card information correctly and what steps will be taken to permanently resolve the issue.
