First double-check your Paysafecard balance using the official balance check tool by entering your 16-digit PIN or by logging into your Paysafe/MyPaysafe account and viewing recent transactions; this will show exactly what was spent and what remains.
If the funds still look missing or didn’t appear at the merchant, wait a short period (sometimes a payment can stay “pending” before it settles) and then contact PaysafeCard Support with your PIN and date of the transaction so they can trace the payment.
