My name is Muhammed B***, and my customer number is 29718250. I’ve been a loyal Payoneer user for years and have never once experienced a deduction like this before. Today, however, I was shocked to see a charge of $29.95 labeled as an annual account fee. This was completely unexpected and unjustified.
To make matters worse, Payoneer already takes a $2 fee for each money transfer, which I’ve tolerated until now. But now charging an additional annual fee without any clear warning, breakdown, or prior notification is unacceptable. There was no consent or transparent communication about this charge, and I believe it is completely unfair.
I am formally requesting that the $29.95 annual fee be refunded to my account immediately. I did not authorize this fee, and as a long-time customer, I feel let down by the lack of communication and transparency. Payoneer must clarify its policy changes, notify users properly, and take swift action to fix this issue.
Please refund the fee immediately and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
