Please help me—I'm completely stuck and extremely upset. I have money sitting in my Payoneer account, and I urgently need to withdraw it. But suddenly, without any warning or explanation, my account was blocked. I didn’t receive any email about suspicious activity, no alerts—just a blocked account when I tried to log in.
When I contacted customer support, all I got was a useless chatbot that keeps repeating the same message over and over: “Log in to your account.” How can I log in when my account is blocked? This makes no sense. There’s no human support, no email response, no clear timeline for when or if my access will be restored.
I trusted Payoneer with my funds, and now I can’t touch my own money. This is beyond frustrating. I’m not asking for anything complicated—I just want to access the money that is legally mine.
Payoneer, fix this now. Unblock my account or at least give me a clear, real answer—not another automated response.
