Due to a security issue on my personal Payoneer account, I have been unable to access my account or withdraw my funds for a long time. When I first created the account, I set my security question as my mother’s date of birth. However, when I later tried to log in, the system repeatedly rejected the correct information and marked it as incorrect. I reset my password multiple times, but each time I still received an error at the security question step and could not access my account.
I have been dealing with this issue since at least November 2025, and it may have started even earlier. All of my attempts were made through the mobile application only. Although there is money in my account, I am unable to withdraw it or perform any transactions because of this security question problem.
My name is H** D*****. I contacted Payoneer customer support via email, but I have not received any response for nearly one month. I also cannot find any clear solution or alternative verification method offered to users for this type of security issue.**
I am urgently requesting that I be contacted so I can regain access to the funds in my account and have my account unlocked, which is currently blocked due to this security issue. If necessary, I am requesting that my account be restored through an alternative verification method such as identity verification so that it can be made usable again.
