I am a user of the Payeer service from Ukraine, and my account ID is P1082865395. There is a balance of 60,000 RUB in my account. Since April 2026, I have not been able to access either the Payeer website or the mobile application. The service is simply unreachable for me, and as a result, I have been completely blocked from managing my own funds. The only support channel I know, suppo**@payeer.com, is not working, and my emails to this address are bouncing back with the note that the domain does not exist. Before this situation, I had used my account normally, and my last successful login was approximately at the beginning of May 2026, after which access problems started. Since then, I have tried all possible ways I could find to reach Payeer support, but emails are disabled, and I have not been able to establish any contact or receive any response. I demand that my balance of 60,000 RUB be manually withdrawn and transferred to my external crypto wallet, as these funds are my property and I am currently unable to access them through your platform. I request that the financial department urgently contact me and provide a clear solution and response regarding the withdrawal of my funds and the restoration of access to my account.
