Payeer Wallet Inaccessible - Funds Withdrawal Blocked
I have been using a Payeer wallet account for a long time and have successfully withdrawn funds many times in the past, including XRP. However, since last week I have been unable to access either the Payeer website or the mobile app from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and as a result I cannot withdraw my funds. At first I thought it was just a temporary internet issue, but when I tried again yesterday I still could not reach my account or the platform. There are approximately 6,000 XRP currently stuck in my Payeer wallet, and I am very concerned about not being able to access these funds. I tried contacting Payeer support via email, but the email address I found is apparently no longer working, as Gmail does not recognize it and my message cannot be delivered. I do have my Payeer account details (account ID and registration email) ready to provide directly to the company when requested. I request that my access problem be urgently investigated, that my account be restored so I can log in again, and that I be allowed to withdraw my approximately 6,000 XRP without any further issues. I expect clear information on the status and security of my wallet and a prompt solution so I can recover my funds.
