I have a balance of 6 USD in my main wallet on Payeer, and I have been unable to withdraw this amount for months because the Payeer app does not work. As far as I can remember, this problem started around October, and since then, I have not been able to access my funds properly. When I try to solve the issue through the app, the ticket center does not open, so I cannot even contact support from within the application. I also heard that Payeer might have shut down, which makes me even more worried about my money stuck in the account. My only request is to receive my 6 USD balance that is in my main Payeer wallet.
