I Face Payeer Not Transferring My 9,850 XRP To My Wallet
I am filing a complaint regarding my funds that have been stuck with Payeer for several months and have not been transferred to my personal wallets, despite completing all requested verifications and repeatedly contacting support. My Payeer account number is P83166410. Since December 2025, I have had approximately 9,850 XRP and smaller amounts of BTC and ETH in my Payeer account. These were my personal savings, sent from different sources into Payeer, and they were supposed to be transferred from Payeer to my personal wallets on Trust Wallet. However, after all verifications were completed, the funds were never transferred as requested. I opened several support tickets and went through a long verification process, during which Payeer support repeatedly asked me to wait a little longer. After some time, they stopped responding altogether, and for about a month now, both the website and the app have been down, so I have no access to my funds or to support. I request that Payeer refund the full amount of my funds to my personal wallet as soon as possible. These are long‑term personal savings, and the lack of access, communication, and resolution is unacceptable. I expect an urgent solution and a clear explanation of what happened to my assets.
