Patreon Creator Took Money but Didn’t Provide Content or Refund
I subscribed to the content creator at https://www.patreon.com/aLSwdOPmAwD?utm_campaign=creatorshare_fan through Patreon and paid a monthly fee of $106 using my credit card. During the initial stage of my membership, I was able to watch three videos. To access more content, I upgraded my membership, but this time, the creator did not send the video passwords and instead sent me a link via Patreon messages that redirected me to another site, requesting an additional payment. After this incident, I contacted Patreon customer service to request a refund, but I have not received any response yet. My subscription is still active, and I cannot access the content I paid for. I am requesting a full refund and for this content creator to be removed from the platform. If necessary, I can also provide screenshots related to the issue.
