Patreon Membership Fee Deducted Without Consent
On February 2, 2024, around 5 AM, a membership fee was deducted from my card by Patreon, even though I do not have any active subscriptions. I am unable to contact them in any way. This transaction was made without my knowledge. When I contacted my card provider, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should deal with Patreon directly. I did not create any account or subscription, and I don’t even know how to cancel it. I am requesting a refund.
