I’m extremely frustrated with Patreon right now. I made a donation to TruckersMP through their platform and even set up an automatic payment. But to my shock, Patreon charged me twice for the exact same thing! The first payment was taken on February 6, 2024, and then—just three days later—another charge was made on February 9, 2024. There was absolutely no reason for a second payment. I checked my bank transaction history, and I have all the proof clearly listed.
I contacted TruckersMP directly since they were the donation recipient, but they haven’t responded at all. Honestly, this is an issue that falls entirely on Patreon. It’s their platform that mishandled the payments, and it's unacceptable that I'm left without support or a clear resolution.
I demand both payments be refunded immediately. Patreon needs to stop ignoring this and take responsibility for fixing it. This isn’t just an error—it’s borderline theft if they don’t act fast. Other users beware, because if it happened to me, it can happen to you too.
