I recently purchased Parodontax toothpaste from the Grosper store on Trendyol (Order #10577225523). When I opened the cap for the first time, I realized that the protective foil seal was missing from the tube opening. While the packaging and expiration date look normal, I’m seriously concerned about the product’s safety and authenticity.
I reached out to Parodontax customer support immediately after noticing the issue, but I haven’t received a reply yet. This is the first time I’ve received a dental care product missing such an important seal, and it makes me hesitant to use it at all.
I’m asking for the issue to be investigated thoroughly, for a replacement product to be sent if necessary, and for an official clarification on why the seal was missing in the first place. I also want to know whether using an unsealed product could pose any hygiene or health risks. Consumers deserve transparency and safety assurance when it comes to oral care products.
