Withdrawal Not Received

I have been facing a serious problem with Pari Match regarding my withdrawals that have not been paid for months. On 27/03/2026, I made a withdrawal request of 18,000 INR, but this amount has still not been credited to my account even though about eight months have passed. Later, on 07/08/2026, I made another withdrawal request of 6,000 INR, and this second amount has also not been paid to me. In my Pari Match account, the withdrawals appear as processed on their side, and I even have a payment execution confirmation for 18,000 INR in the name of Nilesh I***, but I have never received the money in my actual account. I contacted Pari Match customer support several times, and they only reply that their billing team is working on it and talking to the provider, and that they will update me when there is some information. However, despite this answer being repeated many times, no real update or solution has been provided, and the money is still missing. I request that my pending withdrawals of 18,000 INR from 27/03/2026 and 6,000 INR from 07/08/2026 be immediately investigated and paid to me without any further delay.
