Withdrawal Declined: Account Blocked After 4,900 Withdrawal Request
I have been playing on the Parimatch platform on a game called Vortex, and on 13 July 2026 I requested a withdrawal of 4,900 from my account. Immediately after making this withdrawal request, my account was blocked and the withdrawal request was declined without any clear explanation. Since then, I have not received any meaningful response or support from Parimatch. My balance has effectively been frozen and I cannot access my account or my money, and no reason or evidence has been provided to justify blocking my account or refusing my withdrawal. I request that my blocked account be reactivated and that my 4,900 withdrawal be paid to me without any further delay. I expect the platform to resolve this situation transparently and to provide a clear explanation for the block and the rejected withdrawal.
