Parimatch Blocked My Withdrawals Since June 19 and Support Has Not Responded

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Parimatch account, as my withdrawals have been blocked since 19/06/2026 and my funds are currently inaccessible. Parimatch requested additional verification, and I submitted all required documents, including my identity verification and bank statement details. Despite fully complying with these requests and also sending the documents via email, my account remains restricted from making withdrawals and I have not received any meaningful response from Parimatch support. This situation is causing me serious concern, as my money is held in the account without any clear explanation or timeline for resolution. I request an immediate review of my case and a clear update on the status of my verification, the exact reason for the withdrawal restriction, and the expected timeframe for resolving this issue.
