PhonePe Transaction Successful but Parimatch Balance Not Updated
On April 4, 2026, I made a deposit of 9,999 INR to my Parimatch account using PhonePe linked to my Bank of Maharashtra account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
I contacted customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing serious concern, as my funds have been debited without any service being provided or any explanation given.
I request that the amount of 9,999 INR be refunded to my Bank of Maharashtra account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear information about why this issue occurred and how it will be prevented in the future.
