Parimatch Withdrawal Not Received

I made a withdrawal from Parimatch on October 1, and I still haven’t received the money. There is no proper helpline support, and they only say that the withdrawal has been processed, without offering any real assistance or way to reach customer care. I also checked my account statement, and there is no sign of the payment. Please look into this matter, as it’s not right for Parimatch to delay withdrawals like this.
