On 11 March 2026 I made a deposit to my Parimatch account. After this deposit, when I tried to withdraw my money, I received a message saying that I need to wager 840 INR from my deposit for a successful withdrawal and asking if I want to continue now. I do not want to wager this amount and I did not knowingly accept any wagering requirement on this deposit. I simply want to withdraw my own funds. Despite this, the system continues to show that I must wager 840 INR before I can complete a withdrawal, which means my deposit is effectively blocked. My clear expectation from Parimatch is to allow an immediate withdrawal of my balance without any wagering requirement on this deposit, or to return my deposit directly to my original payment method if that is more appropriate. I request that this situation be checked and resolved as soon as possible and that any wagering condition applied to this deposit be removed.
