Parimatch Withdrawal Blocked for 21 Days

I have been using the Parimatch platform for betting, and I am facing a very serious issue with my withdrawals, which has put me under extreme financial and emotional stress. In total I have deposited around 60 lakhs on Parimatch and at the moment I am about 25 lakhs in net loss. Recently I had a big win, and my balance reached around 57 lakhs. After this, my withdrawals were suddenly blocked. I continued playing and, thinking that they had blocked my account because the win was too big, I ended up losing around 17 lakhs by myself. Even after these losses, I still have around 40 lakhs in my Parimatch account, but they are not allowing me to withdraw this amount. Parimatch has been telling me for the last 21 days that they are “verifying my documents.” They specifically asked for proof of the amounts I deposited in the Parimatch app, and I submitted all requested documents. Despite this, my withdrawals remain blocked and they do not give any clear answer or solution. I have repeatedly requested at least my deposited money back, but they are still holding my 40 lakhs and not processing my withdrawal. My financial situation is very bad right now, and this blocked amount has pushed me into a desperate situation to the point that I am even having suicidal thoughts. I believe this delay and blocking of my withdrawal after big winnings is unfair and unethical. I am requesting that Parimatch immediately release my money. My primary demand is to receive the full 40 lakhs that are currently blocked in my account, but considering my situation, even paying me at least 25 lakhs would be a critical help for me and my family. I expect Parimatch to act urgently and responsibly and to stop delaying my payment under the excuse of endless verification.
